Dancing Silhouettes by onativia

dancing silhouettes in the hot sticky sun;
don't waste a minute
to allow the beat to catch on.

the silence rings loudly,
a putrid sound of its own accord
then floats onto the heads of their disheveled shapes

cradling themselves in soft melodic undertones, slowing moving
until the maestro declares it oh, so magical.
